NOTE

DURING THE HEALING PROCESS YOUR BROW STROKES MAY APPEAR TO BE MISSING IN SOME SPOTS. THIS IS TOTALLY NORMAL. AS THE BROWS CONTINUE TO HEAL AND TAKE SHAPE THE COLOR WILL COME BACK. WHAT DOES NOT COME BACK WILL BE PUT BACK IN DURING THE TOUCH-UP. IF YOU HAVE OILY SKIN, STAY OUT IN THE SUN OFTEN, OR EXFOLIATE YOUR BROWS, THE COLOR MAY FADE QUICKER. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE COLOR WILL STAY DUE TO THOSE REASONS. PLEASE FOLLOW THE COMPLETE AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL AS THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE LONG LASTING BROWS UP TO 2 YEARS. COLOR BOOST TOUCH-UPS CAN BE PERFORMED IN 1 YEAR IF THE CLIENT FEELS THE NEED.

EYEBROW AFTERCARE

Each client will be given a complete aftercare kit with detailed instructions and healing diagram.

***READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY***
Gently apply the aftercare ointment with clean, washed hands or with Q-Tips.

NO water, cleansers, creams, makeup or any other products on treated area for 7-10 days. This includes saunas, steam room/baths or sweat. Apply ointment before showering to protect your brows from getting wet. Avoid putting your face directly under the shower. Do not apply ointment more than twice a day including the shower.

Brows may itch as healing is taking place. Do not scratch them.

Avoid facial cleansers or soap on brows for 7-10 days. We recommend using washcloths or face wipes to remove makeup and cleanse around the eyebrows.

Avoid working out or sweating for 7-10 days. Salt from the sweat will draw out your pigment.

DO NOT RUB, PICK or SCRATCH the treated area. We practice a different method so that our clients don’t get many scabbing, however if you do get any scabbing, DO NOT pick them off. Let dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking can cause scarring and removal of pigment.

Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks after the procedure.

NO facials, Botox, chemical treatments and microdermabrasion for 2- 4 weeks.

Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Eyebrows will appear darker and bolder due to natural scabbing and healing for the first 10 days. This is very common for all permanent cosmetic procedure.

LONG TERM CARE

ALWAYS use a good sunscreen on your eyebrows if you plan to be in the sun for prolonged periods of time. Sun exposure will fade your permanent cosmetics.
If you are planning a chemical peel, laser procedure or an MRI scans, please inform the technician of your permanent cosmetics.

The use of RetinA/Tretinoin or any other rapid skin exfoliation products used regularly on the forehead are will cause the permanent makeup to the eyebrow area to fade prematurely.

The use of chemical peels and acid peels regularly on the forehead region can also cause eyebrow microblading to fade prematurely.

Some redness/swelling/light bruising and slight itching during healing process post procedure is normal. If you experience heavy itching, extreme swelling, blistering, or any other complications within the first 24 hours post-procedure, stop using your after-care product immediately.  If symptoms continue, or you experience abnormal swelling/redness or shortness of breath/trouble breathing go to the closet Hospital/ER immediately. You may be having an allergic reaction to the pigment and/or the after care product you are using!
